Phyllis Caddell is the founder and lead strategist for PCPR Communications, a Los Angeles-based PR, and Strategic Communications agency. She is the author of Do-It-Yourself Publicity: For Those Too Cheap or Too Broke to Hire a Publicist, an adjunct instructor, and an expert content creator for Azusa Pacific University. She also consults and coaches professionals to help take their brands to the next level.  

Michelle has an M.B.A. in Business Administration, an MBA in Managerial Science, a B.A. in Organizational Development, is a Registered Medical Assistant and Licensed Manicurist. DEMIblue was awarded the 2020 Beauty Brand of the Year  Award Winner and has earned over $100K business grants.

Featured in the Miami Herald, Sun-Sentinel, and Million Moms in Action Magazine, and the recipient of the Mom and Pop Grant, Kay’s work shapes the way for women, people of color, and the LGBT community for social and economic empowerment in this new economy.
