Welcome To Rome
Welcome dinner in Trastevere included.
Arrive in Rome, settle in and ease into the first evening of La Dolce Vita.
Airport ground transportation is included. Check in at Hotel Dei Mellini, enjoy individual free time, gather for Aperitivo and Cena in Bianco, then begin the journey with a welcome dinner in Trastevere.

ROME
See The City
Guided Rome experience and lunch included.
Rome opens through a locally guided day of landmarks, food and time to explore.
Breakfast is included, followed by a guided Rome tour hosted by Francesca and lunch at Le Bistro. The afternoon leaves room to explore and shop independently. Dinner is on your own.

Photoshoot and Piazza Navona cooking class included.
A day built around style, freedom and one distinctly Italian experience.
Begin with breakfast and the included La Dolce Vita photoshoot. The afternoon is open for shopping, sightseeing or relaxing, with optional activities available at your own expense. The evening includes a cooking class at Piazza Navona.

FLORENCE
On To Florence
One itinerary. Two signature Florence experiences.
Travel north by train for a guided day through Florence, with one signature experience changing by session.
Breakfast is included at Termini Train Station before the included train journey from Rome to Florence. Giulia hosts the Florence tour, including Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, the Leather Market and Piazzale Michelangelo. Lunch and dinner are on your own.

AMALFI COAST
To The Coast
Hotel Margherita and group dinner in Amalfi.
The pace shifts as the journey moves south toward the Amalfi Coast.
After breakfast, travel by included train to Naples and continue to Hotel Margherita. Settle in, enjoy the views and take time to relax. Lunch is on your own, followed by an included group dinner in Amalfi.

Capri By Sea
Capri, private boat excursion and One Fire Beach Club.
A full coastal day shaped by the water, Capri and one of the trip's standout experiences.
Breakfast is included before the group heads to Capri Island for a private boat excursion and the exclusive One Fire Beach Club. A late lunch is included. Dinner is on your own.

AMALFI COAST
Villa Rufolo
Villa Rufolo and lunch included.
One more morning surrounded by the landscape and history of the Amalfi Coast.
Breakfast is included, followed by an included group visit to Villa Rufolo and lunch. Check out follows later in the day, with dinner on your own.

One Last Evening
Villa Borghese and farewell dinner included.
Return to Rome for the final full day and one last evening around the table together.
Breakfast is included, followed by Villa Borghese hosted by Francesca. Lunch is on your own. The journey closes with an included farewell dinner at Pinseria Pizzeria.

Group-related ground transportation for arrivals, departures and planned activities is included.
La Dolce Vita includes strenuous walking, stairs and time on uneven or rugged streets.
The experience may not be suitable for travelers with knee or leg impediments. Wheelchairs, walkers and scooters are not permitted on seat-in-coach tours.
Please consider the physical requirements carefully before booking.
Travel insurance is mandatory for every traveler.
Travelers should review available coverage and choose the plan that best protects their trip. The current Hey Lady page references Allianz Travel Insurance, Travelex Insurance Services and World Nomads Travel Insurance.
Refundable flights are strongly recommended.
Your passport must be valid through January 2028.
The name used for your booking must match your passport exactly. Travel documents and final itineraries will be emailed at least 30 days before departure once payment is complete.
Check passport validity well before your travel date.
Three pre-trip Zoom sessions will be held before departure.
The sessions are designed to answer traveler questions before the experience. Travelers should also notify Hey Lady if their email address changes so travel documents are delivered correctly.
Wardrobe consultations are available separately.
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable because reservations are tied to vendor and hotel commitments.
Hey Lady reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip until March 1, 2027. Personal preparation expenses such as flights, additional accommodations and lost wages are not covered if the trip is cancelled or rescheduled.
Trip pricing may adjust if currency exchange conditions change significantly.
