One of the many things we were taught is that a customer should always leave with three UPC’s (units per count). Meaning, if you purchased a blouse, we had to sell you two additional items, i.e. earrings and a necklace, to complete the look.

I’ve taken many lessons learned from my retail experience into both my personal and professional life. I learned that excellent customer service is the key to creating raving fans (a good book to read), and that you should always complete your look.

So, go ahead ladies, add your earrings, scarf, and belt or whatever three items you have that will polish your ensemble!
